Search
USA Appraisers by State
You can search by multiple fields. Choose one (State
Database) or more fields by typing in what you are searching for. You can
input part of information you are searching for in a field.. It does not have to be exact.
For example, if you were looking for appraisers who only have an email, typing in the
"@" sign in the email field would bring up only appraisers who
have emails posted to the database. Leaving fields blank will return up to 50
postings of the database. There is over 83,000 records within this database!. To search for an appraiser that has posted or modified the profiles
with an email, which suggests they are "internet ready", you
can click here to go to a predifined search.
| Raw data, as of July 1998 was extracted from Federal National
Registry, at Appraisal Subcommittee of
the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council the ASC, which is a database containing selected information about
the Nation's State certified and licensed real estate appraisers. The National Registry
does NOT contain information on ALL appraisers. It only
contains information about appraisers who are certified or licensed by a U.S. State,
Territory or possession to perform appraisals in connection with Federally-related real
estate transactions. Only State certified or licensed appraisers who are on this National
Registry are authorized under Federal law to perform appraisals in connection with
federally related transactions. The ASC's mission is to ensure that real estate appraisers, who perform
appraisals in real estate transactions that could expose the United States government to
financial loss, are sufficiently trained and tested to assure
competency and independent judgment according to uniform high professional
standards and ethics. Over 129,000 records were found from the ASC's Federal
National Registry and selection included only "active" appraisers. The balance
of the records found were listed as "inactive" and not included in this
database. If you are an appraiser
and you did not find a record, then you can post your information at USA Appraiser
Database - Post your Information!. You are NOT
required to be a licensed or certified appraiser to post your information. Being an
active appraiser is the only requirement.
